At Lumin Styles, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luminstyles.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@luminstyles.store and we will guide you through the process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom items

5. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
